There are two spacious bedrooms, a bathroom with a beautiful shower and a washing machine. The living room with a large table for 6 people and a smart tv. The kitchen is fully furnished to cook. There are automatic window shutters for the night. Every room has A/C and heather. We stayed one night, we were so tired that we decided to stay in and order a pizza. Check in was smooth, there is a lock box with a code. Check out was easy as well. There is a grocery store nearby and a pizza place close to the building. You could hear some voice from the neighbors but nothing crazy. We were welcomed with cold water in the fridge, sweets, snacks and coffee pods and tea. It was nice you enjoy a cup of coffee when we got there. We had a very good experience, highly recommended place if you are visiting La Spezia or Cinque Terre.

The bed was comfortable and while it was located in town it was extremely quiet as the windows were good quality double pained. We were only 2 people but this unit would fit more. The living area could be closed off by sliding doors which would allow others to stay and have privacy. The unit was also convenient to restaurants and the train station. I would definitely stay here again.

A lot of space, and great with the many outdoor spaces. The weather was a bit bad during our stay so we made most use of the living room balcony for the morning coffee, as well as the living room itself which was a great social space. Our host was easy to reach and provided great directions for how to get to the apartment. Location is great, just steps from the main Vernazza street, and 1 minute from the train station.
