This property is a short walk from the train and in a quiet neighborhood close to town. Claudio and Maddalena are the most gracious hosts. Claudio met us at the property with a smile and carried our bags to our room, even when our train was delayed. We had a wonderful room with a furnished balcony patio and view of the sea. We enjoyed the patio, sitting out, drinking wine and playing cribbage and taking in the view. Claudio and Maddalena greeted us each morning with cappuccino or Americano and good variety of breakfast items, including fresh fruit. We would definitely stay with them in the future!

Communication before and during were outstanding. Providing us with amazing directions to their location as we were driving. Parking was available for a minimal cost. The location was perfect, a very short distance from the beach and action but quiet for sleep. The breakfast was outstanding, we’d stayed at several B&B’s and this one won hands down. The balcony was large and provided a great view.

We stayed at Marvit Affitacamere for 3 nights and want to give this BnB 10 stars for their overwhelming hospitality and comfort. Claudio and Maddalena are so incredibly nice and welcoming. It was raining when we arrived late in monterosso. The kindness of the host was overwhelming. Claudio waited for us outside with an umbrella and carried our luggage up the stairs. He also helped us when we checked out. They made the restaurant reservation for us at our request. The room was very nice with very comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was also good. The air conditioner worked so good, and I like it when it is cold :). The location is very convenient - only 4 minutes from the boardwalk , restaurants and the beach. If you are planning to go to Cinque Terre, this is a great place to stay in.

Maddelena and Claudio are wonderful hosts. Rooms are spacious, clean and have their own a/c unit. Breakfast is quite the spread with fruit, bread, cheese, prosciutto, salami, boiled eggs, yogurt and 3 different types of croissants. Claudio also makes a mean cup of cappucino! He also helps bring up any heavy luggage you may have. It's off the main street which is a plus.
