Great town to stay at cinque terre if you come with familly.
Great town to stay at cinque terre if you come with familly. Was not all that touristy all things considered (as opposed to Vernazza, which was swarming with tourists). I would suggest to go out of season, because there is already a lot of people there (we went late november), I can't imagine what its like in July/august.

Excellent food and Gelato everywhere.
Excellent food and Gelato everywhere. The croissants for breakfast are amazing and fresh. Make sure you get the the restaurants by the ocean for sunset. You don't need to eat there as it's very expensive and the lineups can be up to 2 hrs if you don't make a reservation a day or 2 in advance but the views for sunset are definitely worthwhile going and getting pictures. Make sure you bring mosquito repellent because the time we were there, we were getting eaten alive. The house flies were also extremely bad everywhere but according to the locals, it was never bad lime that before. It was just bad luck. Just maybe bring a very light long sleeve shirt and a light pair of pants because it's also still close to 28 degrees in the middle of Oct when we were there. Nonetheless, it was amazing.

Apartment was very nice with a beautiful view.
Apartment was very nice with a beautiful view. There's 150 steps leading to the apartment so be prepared for this. Apartment is a little on the small side, but that's okay as you will spend more time exploring the amazing village of Monterosso.

It was a very relaxing stay, the hotel is located off the main street of Monterosso in a lovely and quiet area (I woke up to birds signing outside my window!). The ladies were most helpful and friendly, made me feel very welcomed. The hotel has a beautiful courtyard (where you can have your breakfast as well). The room was spacious and modern, love the coloured decor. Breakfast was yummy with lots of options, I especially loved the fresh fruit selection. A nice bonus was being able to borrow a beach towel. Wish I could have stayed longer!
The hotel is right on the beach and the sound of the sea was fantastic! Breakfast was indeed a welcome pleasure, outside in the fresh sea air. One thing that was not so comfortable was being on the third floor (4 stories up) without the use of the elevator which was explained to us to be only for "wheelchair passengers and luggage." The trek up for a 77 year old and another with a pacemaker was truly a task to be worthy of a wheelchair. Perhaps Handicap means something else in Italy, but "unseen" ones should also count.
What a wonderful place! Perfectly located. A 6 minute walk from the train station. I’m so glad I chose Monterosso for my base, to explore the rest of the cinque terre.
Hotel Adriana has a very polite and helpful staff and a great breakfast that’s included with your stay.
I would highly reccomemt this place. I don’t want to leave! The beach is a few minutes away and one of the best in cinque terre. Better than Vernazza.
The view from the hotel is incredible. You are situated super-high up on the mountainside and you can see the entirety of Cinque Terre from the balconies. The shuttle that runs every hour is reliable and gets you safely to-and-from the hotel. Breakfast is excellent and the staff is all super-friendly. The rooms were fairly modern and the amenities were well above what my wife and I were expecting.
The price of the room is good for how large!! A lot of space, AC and mini fridge. We got a balcony and it was very nice. The shower is clean and good water heat and pressure.
The hotel is far away considering how small the town is but only about 7 minutes from the beach.
Breakfast was ehhh but there is such good food in Monterosso it doesn’t matter
The B&B has a perfect location in Monterosso al mare, great views over the sea and comfortable rooms. The hotel has a free shuttle service available to get to and from Monterosso, which is very handy especially on the way back up the steep hill.
Marta was very welcoming and ensured we were comfortable during our stay.
The bathroom was great compared to our other hotels in Italy. We loved the "hole in the wall" that you take to get to the hotel. Very safe feeling area. Beautiful lemon trees right outside the window. The perfect place to get away from the crowds. There was also a rooftop terrace where we ate breakfast.
It was a more central location than our other Monterosso hotel and loved the shuttered windows that could open out to view the street below. Charming. Nice spacious room—with couch and bed in one area , bathroom enclosed with the roomiest shower we’ve had in Italy! Loved it.
The location, the friendly staff, the new and clean rooms. Elena the host was very kind and helpful. The rooms were perfect and the location of this hotel is wonderful! We loved our stay and would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone visiting Monterosso
The property is exceptionally beautiful and right next to the town of Monterosso Al Mare. the Agriturismo has a wonderful restaurant on site and staff that is always at your disposal and the grounds are beautiful. Its like all the best of Italy all rolled into one!
This is a lovely hotel out of the town of Monterosso. Beautiful views down over the Cinque Terre area.
Ideally located for spending a quiet evening after exploring the area. A regular shuttle service keeps you connected with the town.
Staff were very friendly.
Location absolutely can not be beat! Not only do you have the perfect view to relax and appreciate the ocean, it was very convenient to be on the beach and not have to haul around items or pay for a public toilet and we could head back for a quick lunch.
Clean, comfortable and stylish room (small though) with a balcony. Perfect to eat breakfast in the hotel garden with beautiful view over Monterosso old town
Bare bones. They don't even try just because it is in Cinque Terre and it will be booked no matter what. Worst place I've stayed in Italy in the past week.
